This will be a significant timeline. Major works are to be done, so there's lots to do and see!
We're super pleased (is that a real phrase? Because we're using it anyway!) with this house. We've worked hard and have achieved a pristine property in a superb location. Great job team JAG!
The internal elements are all now being finished off. This includes floors, windows and just look at those stairs. Love those!
The property is now taking shape, the roof is on and the house is being made watertight. It won't be too long before the internal first fixes can begin!
We're so happy that the timber frame has arrived, but the Welsh weather has let us down. This makes things a little more difficult, but we get there eventually.
Our builders are on site, so we won't have to wait for very long ...
