This service is for those who would like to create income from property investment but are otherwise engaged in a full-time job, or with family commitments perhaps or for those who live outside of the south Wales area. We’ll do the work for you!

Working on projects from an entire new build down to the installation of a new kitchen or smaller property maintenance projects, our team of qualified tradespeople will carry out the works involved.  You’ll agree the works on a macro scale, and then leave us to deliver – paying attention to the smallest of details.
