This will be a significant project as we're taking the entire property house back to a blank canvas and - and then we're starting again.

This was a big project, we have carried out extensive renovation works that include everything from new roofs, electrics and plumbing and of course, the skylights. The workshop was alwo cleared, cleaened and painted with new doors and a roof. Who wants to argue over it?!

There's lots going on at this lovely property in Brynnamen Road. We're sandblasting the old stone and pointing to bring the property back to its original glory. A new roof is also in order along with internal insulation and new render on the extended part of the property.
